We offer services across every stage of an architectural project, from planning permission to construction.

We offer a free initial meeting for all new projects, whether it be for a small extension or a development of 10 new houses. Our services are tailored to you, with not one project being the same. After the initial meeting we will issue a comprehensive fee proposal which outlines the services that best suit you.

  • HOMEOWNERS

We can help with any residential project, from single storey extensions, to remodelling and new build dwellings. We can help get you planning permission, provide technical drawings for building control, but most importantly we can design you something special to suit your needs and aspirations. We start by listening to your ideas and needs and then formulate design options to discuss in a face-to-face meeting.

  • LISTED BUILDINGS

Owning a listed building can be a headache sometimes, thats why we are here to help. We have a strong track record at securing planning permission and listed building consent for extensions, remodelling and maintenance work to historic buildings. We are passionate about protecting heritage, whilst also advocates for sustainable 21st century adaptation.

  • DEVELOPERS

We offer a vast variety of services for small to medium scale developers, including: feasibility studies on potential sites; planning applications for sites of multiple new dwellings; technical drawing packages and help with building control and construction; slick marketing packages for sales brochures with 3D visualisations; and much more. Get in touch to see how else we can help.

  • LAND OWNERS

We have an extensive history of helping farmers and land owners diversify and get the most out of their assets. We have completed many successful Class Q (agricultural to residential) and Class R (agricultural to commercial) projects, helping to increase the value of active or disused barns and outbuildings. We can also help with permissions for new barns and other agricultural buildings.
